Justin was born and raised in South Florida. After graduating from Harding University with a degree in Management, he began working for the Miami Dolphins. In his three years with the Dolphins, Justin was able to work Super Bowl 54, the 2020 College Football National Championship, and the 2022 Formula One Miami Grand Prix. Justin also received his MBA from Barry University in 2021. He joined FischerRedavid as the Marketing Director in 2022.
