Ashley Woods, SPHR

Director of Operations

Ashley Woods brings over 10 years of Human Resources and operations experience to Fischer Redavid PLLC.

As the Director of Operations, she manages a range of strategic efforts and spearheads key initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth. Ashley is known for her ability to build and motivate high-performing teams while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Prior to joining the team at Fischer Redavid, Ashley gained valuable experience serving as a lead HR Business Partner for Royal Caribbean Group. Additionally, she spent several years working in Talent Acquisition and collegiate athletics. Throughout her career, Ashley has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, a passion for learning, and a dedication to helping others succeed.

Originally from Texas, Ashley attended the University of Miami where she graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sports Administration. She was a 4-year letter winner for the ‘Canes and served as a co-captain on the volleyball team. She went on to pursue a professional athletic career, playing in Benidorm, Spain. She holds her SPHR certification and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
